Owner: Rodney Moore

Rodney Moore has been in this industry since 1985. is a graduate of England High School, England Arkansas (1985). Along with his regular curriculum he also took Auto Mechanics and worked in the bus shop after school. After graduating from high school he went to work at a Chevrolet dealership doing warranty repairs. Rod eventually found himself working at a Firestone that paid for his continued education in the automotive field. He also acquired his ASE certifications. Rod's skill level was at the top of his field and this lead him to working for a couple of independent shops as an alignment/brake and A/C specialist at an independant Goodyear and then Al's brake & tire in Garland.

In 2002 he was recruited by the owner of Car Craft. After a few years of running and managing this shop the owner decided to retire. This lead Rodney and the owner into negotiations and in August of 2007 the assets were purchased by Rodney and 'Rod's Car Craft' was born. It was originally located on Garland road until the new ultra-modern facility could be built.

Our capabilities extend beyond chassis and suspension development. Complete, one-off vehicle builds are the heart of the Rod's Car Craft. With full in-house design, fabrication, paint, and assembly capabilities, we are equipped to tackle all aspects of vehicle builds. Rod's Car Craft has the expertise, knowledge, and design savvy to build top award winning cars across a broad range of genres. Capabilities range from the restoration of period correct vehicles to the creation of completely conceptual, one of a kind street machines. By gathering a team of specialized individuals under one roof, Rod's Car Craft is able to provide a customer with a cutting edge vehicle at the highest levels of quality and performance.

Rod's Car Craft houses full production, metal fabrication, vehicle construction, and paint and body department with spray booth. A full mechanical department is in place for assembly of turn key vehicle builds as well as customer vehicle servicing and component installations.
